Return and Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY – GRAM Wellness

Effective Date: April 17, 2026

1. All Sales Final

All sales are final.Due to the nature of wellness products and skincare, we do not offer refunds or accept returns once an order has been placed.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items (Only Exception)

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

If approved, we will:

Replace the item at no cost

No refunds will be issued.

3. Consultations

All consultation services are non-refundable
Missed or unused appointments are forfeited

4. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
Carrier delays are outside our control
